Devin was selected to represent the “Kapi Mana” team in U10 boys at the 2025 Planitpro Tennis Central Junior Teams Event, covering the lower half of the North Island. A big congratulations to Teina Walker who won a Gold medal at his first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition at Kapiti College on Saturday. He won both his matches in the no-gi division. Well done Teina!
On Friday we celebrated the end of our Moving March promotion with an awesome Fancy Feet and Wheels Parade, organised by our new Sports Ambassadors for 2025. Huge thanks to local business Biking Mad in Raumati Village for sponsoring all our prizes!
Congratulations to Amelia Boyd (pictured with sister Rosa Boyd supporting her) who overcame a few wobbles during the day, then pedalled her heart out on the bike leg, and had a great event.
Over the weekend James Lawton competed in Round 1 & 2 of the North Island Trials Championship. The grades go by ability not age, so James rode against adults. He came second on Saturday and 1st on Sunday leaving him with 1st overall for the weekend. Well done!
Well done to all of our teams who competed in the School vs School Touch Rugby tournament on Sunday.
