Over the past five weeks, Te Moana students have been busy preparing for the annual Interschool Junior Winter Tournament. Students selected to play either hockey, netball, football, or rippa rugby, dedicating time each week to develop their skills. While some were new to their chosen sport, others were more experienced and enjoyed the challenge of playing in the competitive division.
The tournament day, last Wednesday, brought sunny skies and plenty of excitement, as our players represented us with pride. They showed teamwork, effort and excellence in line with our CREST values. It was a fantastic day of competition, growth and sports-manship. We are incredibly proud of every student who took part.
A big thank you to all the parents who helped supervise and manage teams. We truly appreciate your support in making this day possible.
